Sarah Halterman is an air quality and climate change specialist at Dudek with over 10 years’ experience. Ms. Halterman specializes in the preparation of air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, energy, and health risk analyses subject to CEQA and NEPA compliance, as well as climate action and adaptation planning. Ms. Halterman also prepares carbon storage and sequestration assessments through cross disciplinary collaboration with Dudek’s forestry, biology, and GIS teams.
