Her expertise includes leading the development of GHG inventories and Climate Action Plans for over 30 jurisdictions, conducting expert reviews of CEQA greenhouse gas analyses, and crafting climate legislation. She is the Director of her own consulting firm, providing strategic and technical guidance on climate and clean energy policy.
